Split §10 into §10.1 (single-package) and §10.2 (multi-package, modified-packages dynamic matrix) with a selector table. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
console_bridge's default handler only writes to stderr; the REGISTER_ROSCONSOLE_BRIDGE registration forwards dependencies' console_bridge logs into ROS 2 logging. Keep the dep, the source file and the registration in the end application instead of removing them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
