Summary

• add the MSP430F5229 and MSP430F5229IRGCR chip components with the QFN-64 pin mapping
• add the BluetoothAudioHost_MSP430F5229 reference subcircuit and its PCB/schematic snapshots
• export the new chip and subcircuit components and document them in the package README

Why

This provides a reusable TI MSP430F5229-based host circuit for Bluetooth audio designs, including clocking, reset/JTAG, power selection, debug connections, indicators, test points, and decoupling.
