SuperPEEC is a highly scalable electromagnetic solver that uses the Partial Element Equivalent Circuit (PEEC) method. It is voxel-based, but can handle wire bonds as well. It features both inductance and capacitance extraction, superconductivity, non-homogeneous conductivity, and dielectrics (including lossy and dispersive).
