Reduce width and depth of quantum circuits by cutting gates and wires.
QCut is a quantum circuit knitting package built on top of qiskit for performing gate cuts and resetless wire cuts allowing simulation of larger quantum circuits on smaller quantum devices or simulators at the cost of a circuit overhead.
Implementation of a Quantum Tensor Network with Circuit Cutting in Qiskit - A project for QHack 2024
The fundamental operating principle of the Snap Circuit relies on the immutable laws of chemistry. A physical change (such as snapping a mechanical bridge) cannot spontaneously induce a chemical change. When the gold lattice connecting the two double latch gate buffers is fractured, the covalent bonds (shared electrons) spanning the fracture.
