Tool to analyze bacterial fluorescence in time-lapse microscopy
A playable genetic circuit simulation game where players test logic-based inputs (IPTG, AHL, aTc) and navigate synthetic feedback loops. Built with Tellurium, Streamlit, and a custom FSM engine. Includes two working levels and real-time biological modeling.

A state-driven Multi-Agent framework for automated genetic circuit design. Combines RAG, ODE simulations, and Human-in-the-Loop verification to compile natural language into Cello Verilog netlists.
