docs: remove stale Follow-ups note from CLAUDE.md

Summary

• Removed the stale Follow-ups blockquote that instructed contributors to trim the repo to store-only — that work was completed in PR chore: trim repo to store-only, remove carried-over monorepo build contexts #23 (merged 2026-06-25).
• Moved the image-publish workflows sentence into the Build section as a plain factual line, preserving the accurate information without the misleading "still pending" framing.

Docs-only change (CLAUDE.md only — no code, no build artifacts). The devbox/pnpm environment was not available in this runner, but the change cannot affect the build outcome. CI smoke-build will confirm.
