Adds a new README joke to README.md to brighten onboarding and greet users with a friendly, light-hearted tone. Introduces a new section titled "Yet Another README Joke" featuring the punchline: "Why did the README go to therapy? It had too many unresolved issues and couldn't process its feelings." This complements the existing joke about buffering/cache and helps create a welcoming first impression. No code changes; this is purely editorial content to improve user experience.

Add a new joke to the README file, continuing the existing pattern of jokes.

Built a complete weather CLI tool with Open-Meteo API integration for current weather and multi-day forecasts. Includes geocoding by city name, pretty output with emojis, local caching to minimize API calls, and config file support for a default location. Added a JSON output option.
