Built a complete weather CLI tool with Open-Meteo API integration for current weather and multi-day forecasts. Includes geocoding by city name, pretty output with emojis, local caching to minimize API calls, and config file support for a default location. Added a JSON output option. Adds a new README joke to README.md to brighten onboarding and greet users with a friendly, light-hearted tone.
