For this and other remaining opened PRs, shouldn't we try to "fix" the W3C API as well? Cc @deniak.
The W3C system is fine with a spec and a spec series that are both named IndexedDB. We may not need to create an IndexedDB-1 entry in the W3C system as a result, but then the shortlink returned for the IndexedDB entry is essentially meaningless, since it's supposed to target the first version but https://www.w3.org/TR/IndexedDB/ returns the latest version.
