fix: move links page files to repo root - #532

The links page files (#520) were added under hugo-site/ but the flatten commit moved everything else to root, leaving these stranded. This caused a 404 on /links/ on the deployed site. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
