Replace canonicalize-then-open path validation with cap-std directory capabilities. Perform filesystem operations relative to the retained sandbox handle and dispatch blocking calls through Tokio's blocking pool. Preserve final-component symlinks for delete and stat operations, reject attempts to remove the sandbox root, and add regression coverage for containment and symlink behavior. Also fix file worker workspace dependency & switch to LazyLock and drop once-cell dep.
