Loaddata can now read a dirfile and save dowmsampled tods in a dirfile. TODs are now loaded one by one, and downsampled before loading the next TOD. Thus, the native 488Hz TODs are never in memory at the samer time, increasing the code speed. Downsampling the TODs is now done by decimation after filtering data above the new Nyquist frequency.
I added psd code, spatial power spectrum code, and a gaussian map generator code. in tests, I added an example to measure the power spectrum of gaussian maps, and an example to measure the boresight of detectors. I added study_snr_vs_offset_recovery.ipynb and study_snr_vs_offset_recovery.py which measure the boresight offset of detectors for sources of various fluxes with different background levels.
