tidy-add-step-argumentClaude skill from recipes (tidymodels/recipes#1554) into this extension package. The skill walks through adding a new argument to an existingstep_*()orcheck_*()function: threading it through the constructor,step_*_new(), andprep(), backfilling a default for recipes saved by older versions, plus documentation, tests, and NEWS. Follow-up to tidymodels/recipes#1550.
