All timestamps without a condition are labeled with a 0, but this logic helps distinguish empty values and values which did not get a condition label due to insufficient data for calculation
Needed to add a +1 to the condition string number to match the right condition index
The est.annotations metric for finding travel is not always correct and leads to a lot of good data being thrown out.
Contiguous dataframe does not have null times, so a fast and simple deduplication method can be used
Max basal rate - use 3x the max scheduled basal rate Max bolus - use 20u.
