Persist a real Email/query state in the seeded cache so startup delta sync cannot abort on a fabricated token.
Load the full test view through repository APIs so the scenario preserves production cache invariants and avoids synthetic database state.

What changed?
Load the 1,033-message source view through repository sync APIs and remove direct SQLite seeding and diagnostic-only instrumentation.
Why?
Preserves production cache invariants and avoids synthetic query state that can hang browser-local reconciliation.
