DEVA_TRACE_UI_URL (deva exports it into traced containers on create and reattach, thevibeworks/deva#549) outranks the container-side CCTRACE_SERVER_PORT: under port-publish the host port can be 9318+ while the container always sees 9317, and under portless the route is https://cctrace.localhost — only the host side knows either.
