Night shift report
WHY THIS MATTERS: Three substantive Claude Code doc updates that change what users can do and where they look for billing info. Enterprise users who previously couldn't use the iOS Simulator pane can now unlock it. Console org users now have a documented path to use fast mode without usage credits. And the fast mode + usage credits docs now have specific URLs and error messages instead of vague instructions — which means users can self-serve instead of opening support tickets.
HIGHLIGHTS:
desktop-ios-simulator.md): Previously restricted to Pro, Max, and Team. Enterprise orgs can now use it too. This is a plan-availability expansion that Enterprise admins evaluating the feature need to know about.fast-mode.md): New prerequisite bullet clarifies Console accounts pay per-token for fast mode like regular API usage — no usage credits required. Free Evaluation plan users get a specific error message ("Fast mode unavailable during evaluation. Please purchase credits."), and the fix (buy credits in billing settings) is now documented.fast-mode.md): Explains where fast mode charges show up for each plan type. Pro/Max → claude.ai Settings > Usage (Usage credits section). Team/Enterprise → organization usage credits. Console → Usage/Cost pages with "Speed (Research Preview)" group-by filter. Previously undocumented; users were confused about where to find charges./usage-creditscommand now has exact deep-link URLs (costs.md): Pro/Max now links toclaude.ai/settings/usage, Team/Enterprise billing admins go toclaude.ai/admin-settings/usage. Also added cross-reference from the org management table to the Pro/Max fast mode tracking section.expires=parameters rotated). Zero content change.Created by night-shift claude-yolo
