Improve Chapter 01 authoritative documentation lesson

Scope

• Replace the duplicated/generic authoritative documentation page with an operator-focused lesson.
• Add a practical trust order for local, distribution, upstream, vendor, standards, and community sources.
• Add version/source matching commands, stale-documentation warnings, a documentation-note template, lab practice, and review questions.
