Overview
Currently, the h1 open timeout is set to a fixed value (8) which introduces many problems (especially with high latency networks).
What we could do about this is to make it dynamic so that it changes based on RTT instead of just a fixed value.
This way, connections would be more stable. I've also tested this in practice.
