Updates the color lab for the workshop wiring: TCS34725 VCC/GND/SCL/SDA on physical pins 4/6/8/10 and NeoPixel VCC/DIN/GND on 2/19/20. Adds the custom software-I2C device-tree overlay, exact-kernel i2c-gpio fallback module, automatic adapter discovery, service configuration, bilingual instructions, and regression/CI checks.\n\nValidated locally with 17 unit tests, overlay compilation/decompilation, shellcheck, installer isolation tests, web-app smoke test, and an offline application of the matching overlay to the packaged ZERO 3W device tree.
