README review pass — brings it in line with this cycle's changes.

Updated

  • agent.md description ("What's here") — now leads with the §0 prime directive (the central rule), not just "verification rules (markers, tools/, test-vectors)".
  • Status — states upstream is the only source of truth (links §0), and documents the new machinery: CalVer releases recording the verified-against RNS/LXMF versions, the verify CI workflow, and Dependabot drift PRs. (Previously the README didn't mention releases or CI at all.)
  • Scope → Out of scope — added "third-party client-app behaviors and conventions"; the spec follows upstream (RNS/LXMF/Sideband), apps conform to it.
  • Contributing — citation is now required (was "ideally"), pointing to §0 for what counts as admissible.

Deliberately left (your call — flagged, not changed)

  • Status provenance (lines 13-14) still names + links the two own apps (reticulum-lora-webclient, reticulum-mobile-app) as the bootstrap origin. This is honest project history/credit, and agent.md §0 tells the same story — but under the "strip for purity" preference you could want these de-named/de-linked. Left intact; say the word.
  • The earlier Tier-2 ecosystem/taxonomy mentions in SPEC.md (intro client list, §13 category-table examples) are still pending the same decision.

No SPEC.md or tooling changes; CI will run on this PR.

- "What's here": agent.md description now leads with the §0 prime
directive (was just "verification rules"); it's the central rule now.
- Status: note that upstream is the only source of truth (links agent.md
§0), and document the release/verify-CI/Dependabot machinery the repo
gained this cycle (tagged CalVer releases record the verified-against
  RNS/LXMF versions).
- Scope: add "third-party client-app behaviors" to Out of scope — the
spec follows upstream (RNS/LXMF/Sideband); apps conform to it.
- Contributing: require an admissible upstream citation (was "ideally"),
pointing to agent.md §0 for what counts.
