The previous content described the pre-workspace, mdarray-based single-crate design (const-generic StridedArrayView, extern/ reference checkouts, single-crate module tables, Julia port status). Replaced with a short orientation document per the shared agent rules: the shared-rules preamble, the current nine-crate workspace map, the pre-push checklist, benchmarking discipline pointers, provenance pointers (PROVENANCE_AND_CITATION_POLICY.md, NOTICE, THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES), and key constants.
