Mirrors the tensor4all-rs policy: per-component provenance table with a defined relationship vocabulary, algorithm-origins table (HPTT ARRAY 2017 for the transpose; Strided.jl repository for the kernel design), and a permanent recursive citation style asking research users to cite the underlying science and upstream projects' own citation policies.
