Overview

ExchangeRate is simple class aimed at parsing exchange rates from both Yahoo! Finance and the European Central bank.

Process

1. Fetch data from Yahoo! or ECB
2. Parse exchange rates
3. Convert to defined base currency
4. Return array or JSON object
