Add Guides/dev-service-channel.md, a developer guide to the service-channel control-plane: why it exists, its three layers (contract in frms-coe-lib, transport in frms-coe-startup-lib, participant per service), the core concepts (CloudEvents envelope, subjects, broadcast core-NATS semantics, audience addressing, acks), and how to extend it with new consumers, event types, producer endpoints, and cascade tiers. Add Technical/Deployment-Guides/SS-Deployment-Guide.md covering setup, Docker Compose, and Full Stack Docker Tazama deployment paths. Since Simulation Studio is part of Rule Studio, the guide reuses the Rule Studio flow and calls out SS-specific configuration (testcontainers env vars and Docker daemon default-address-pools sizing for running many simulation networks concurrently). Flesh out the TRS deployment guide with the complete backend and frontend environment variable sets used in actual deployments, including OpenSearch audit config, Redis/Valkey, and the shared crypto/encryption key contract between backend and frontend. Document that rule images are published to a DockerHub registry on build (TRS) and pulled from DockerHub at simulation time (SS, which also currently pulls the nats-utilities container from there), and add the DOCKERHUB_* and DOCKER_HOST env vars both guides need.
