Promotes the perf + design overhaul to staging. PRs included: #3185 vendor split + es2022, #3186 sandbox-ui 0.15.3 + dead deps + lazy routes + WOFF2 + cache headers, #3187 LiFi/polkadot/Cousine cleanup, #3188 ethers + typography unification + bridge UI cascade.
Cumulative: tangle-dapp main 3.36MB → 788KB (-77%), -7000+ LOC removed across the stack.
