Publishes sent/status/error/attempts via GITHUB_OUTPUT so consumer workflows can branch on delivery results without parsing logs. The new dry_run input short-circuits the HTTP call. WebhookError carries the attempt count so the catch path can report it. Error messages are sanitized before publication to strip the webhook_url value. Auto event resolution now returns null instead of falling back to the custom template; this is surfaced as status=skipped.
