v0.1.4 release preparation
Promotes the new animated startup intro / flash handoff into the next signed desktop release.
Version alignment
Merge only after CI is green. After this lands on
develop, promote validateddeveloptomain; the signed Release workflow should publish v0.1.4 and existing installations will receive it through the updater channel.
