NASbook V07

This release promotes the complete validated develop state to main while preserving the existing main-only release workflow fixes.

Included

  • stable editable-note heading collapse without viewport jumping
  • prominent, state-correct RTL/LTR collapse chevrons
  • automatic online update checks for packaged Windows installations
  • background download and safe install on normal application exit
  • GitHub update manifest (latest.yml) and NSIS blockmap publication
  • all V06 foundation, persistence, CRUD, search, migration, recovery, and security work

Bootstrap note

V07 is the first release containing the update client. V06 users must install V07 once over their current copy. Future versions after V07 will download and install automatically.

Validation

  • clean npm install: passed
  • lint: passed with zero warnings
  • TypeScript: passed
  • tests: 64/64 passed
  • production build: passed
  • Electron native runtime: passed
  • npm audit: 0 vulnerabilities
  • GitHub develop CI: passed
  • GitHub Windows installer with installer + latest.yml + blockmap: passed
  • packaged V07 smoke: passed
  • installer SHA-512 matches latest.yml
  • collapse runtime and design QA: passed

Fix editable-note section collapse by keeping state and DOM decorations inside ProseMirror.
Add the V07 update bootstrap, GitHub updater metadata publication, and final collapse-chevron polish.
