Summary

  • Migrated the legacy Claude agent definitions into action-oriented skills under .agents/skills.
  • Moved the agent-memory content into bundled skill references and removed the old .claude/agents and .claude/agent-memory files.
  • Updated repo instructions to point at translate-docs-zh-en for English doc work.

Testing

  • Verified the new skill frontmatter parses and includes the required metadata.
  • Checked the skill tree, .claude/skills symlink target, and stale-reference search results.
  • Not run: build or runtime tests were not applicable for this metadata-only change.
