…es (v1.1) Addresses a structural review of the CLA: - Acceptance: replace browsewrap "if requested" with mandatory affirmative signing via the CLA check (merge blocked until recorded) — leans on the existing cla.yml bot. - Versioning (new §10): each contribution bound to the CLA version in effect at submission; non-retroactive; may require re-acceptance on material change. - Boilerplate: add forum/venue (MA courts), severability, e-signature validity, and a standalone entire-agreement clause. - §5(b): add AI-assisted-contribution provenance representation. - §5(a): prominent "check your employer IP agreement" callout (applies to maintainer too). - CONTRIBUTING.md: stop describing signing as optional.
