The softer patterns-over-time layer. Once a week (Sunday evening) WeeklyReflectionMonitor looks across the DURABLE signal — commitment_patterns() findings + recent long-term memory (cold storage) — and surfaces one warm "here's what I noticed this week" note, plus optionally one durable standing-rule proposal. Daily reflection sees only today; this catches trends that emerge over weeks. Propose-only, dedup'd, silent by default. 4 tests; 231 pass. Assisted-by: Claude Code (Opus 4.8)
