The repo maps / interface lists were stale after the voice work merged. Update them: - README: "Coming very soon" voice teaser → a real "Voice" section (on-device, Gemini Live barge-in, browser/phone app); interfaces line + diagram now include voice. - CLAUDE.md: run/dev commands list voice.py, voice_live.py, webvoice/run.sh; "architecture in one breath" includes the voice front-ends + escalate_to_aria. - docs/architecture.md: new Voice layer row + repo-map entries (voice*.py, webvoice/). - docs/setup.md: voice setup rows (sounddevice, GEMINI for Live, ARIA_LIVE_MODEL, optional speexdsp AEC). - .env.example: ARIA_LIVE_MODEL.
