- og.png regenerated (1200×630): the day desk — headline, TEST MODE chip, and the felt mat with the bot peeking over its hand-cut edge, pompoms tucked in, running stitch along the rim; rendered from og.html via headless chrome at exact size - icon.svg + logo.svg: the gate diamond keeps the night tile and gains the felt world's running-stitch ring (sage, dashed), diamond scaled to sit inside the stitch - FORM_ANSWERS: 'what next' updated — the real MCP/ACP transports shipped, so the open items are the persistent desk, tenancy, refunds - results/ regenerated by make test (timestamps + machine ms only; deterministic values identical)
