CX ENGINEERING LEADER · AUTHOR OF NXS · BUILDING NEX-OVIA
I build the systems and teams that make enterprise software delivery actually work.
🟢 Currently building - Nex-Ovia, a distributed, agent-agnostic delivery platform. Tools: nx-mem · nx-viz
13 years across implementation, solutions engineering, and customer success at global SaaS companies, building and mentoring technical teams across continents and driving $1M+ in recurring ARR through AI automation and delivery engineering.
Author of NXS, an open source standard I built because I got tired of seeing the same delivery problems repeat everywhere. Most enterprise implementations fail the same way - something gets built, the person who built it moves on, and nobody left can explain, maintain, or extend what was delivered. NXS fixes that.
Four rules. Every solution. No exceptions.
| Rule | Principle | |
|---|---|---|
| R1 | Logic separate from tools | If the vendor changes, the logic does not |
| R2 | Configuration externalised | Nothing hardcoded - runs identically anywhere |
| R3 | Every dependency visible | No hidden surface area. No surprises on handover |
| R4 | Runs anywhere, for anyone | No tribal knowledge required |
A practical framework for how CX Engineering teams deliver impact.
| Principle | What It Means | |
|---|---|---|
| L | Lightweight Automation | Fast-to-deploy, low-code solutions with minimal overhead |
| I | Insight Delivery | Enabling data-driven decisions through reporting and metrics |
| S | Solution Reuse | Leveraging and scaling existing components and workflows |
| P | Practical Integration | Connecting systems efficiently using platform-first tools |
A framework for managing technical work that extends beyond standard implementation scope.
| Principle | What It Means | |
|---|---|---|
| S | Scalability and Architecture | Designing solutions that grow efficiently |
| P | Prototyping and POCs | Rapid experimentation and validation without full development ownership |
| A | Advanced Innovation | Exploring cutting-edge solutions beyond standard implementations |
| R | Reuse and Collaboration | Sharing assets and fostering teamwork to amplify impact |
| K | Knowledge Sharing | Empowering teams through documentation and enablement |
