chore: remove outdated public Hermes primitives

• update the current sanitized hermes-config-audits and first-party-integration-audits packages
• retain byte-current honcho-memory-provider and the validator personality
• withdraw six outdated or current-contract-invalid skills: openrouter-mcp-server, profile-builder, plan-update-executor, plugin-builder, prompt-enhancer, and goal-prompt
• reconcile documentation and generated inventories to the final 3-skill manifest
