docs: update Hermes skill reference notes

Summary

• Keeps the sensitive-profile cwd example identity-neutral while preserving the intended profile-home-vs-cwd guidance.
• Adds prompt-enhancer ad-hoc verification guidance for temp git fixtures, positive/negative validator fixtures, verifier syntax checks, and out-of-scope exporter surfaces.
• Tracks the two tutorial skill docs that were referenced by plugin manifests/inventory but were ignored locally by the broad secret-file gitignore rule.
• Updates source fingerprints for the changed tutorial/reference files.
