feat: add Hermes Agent tutorial toolbox suite

Summary

• Adds a sanitized hermes-agent-tutorial public profile package.
• Adds 23 composable Hermes tutorial plugins covering setup, commands, tools, config, safety, skills, memory, profiles, cron, gateway, MCP, troubleshooting, prompting, builders, docs freshness, assessment, capstones, and progress tracking.
• Adds scripts/validate-tutorial-suite.py and updates repo inventory/fingerprints.
• Updates README.md with an end-to-end install section and copy-paste Hermes Agent prompt referencing https://github.com/srinitude/hermes-toolbox/.
