Just put this in your Gemfile:
gem "infopark_reactor"
Read the README files for the gems, if that doesn't help - ask.

At present moment, only the Fiona version 6.7.3 is supported (6.7.2 should work too). Support for Fiona 6.8.0 is in beta phase.
