You explicitly call out Spring PetClinic in this PR but in other PRs you have not.

When you start the Spring PetClinic application, you will see the collector automatically detect the application and instrument it for traces and profiling.

Please just leave it as PetClinic application as we introduce it as a Springboot app in the workshop intro.

Removed 'Spring' reference in 'Spring PetClinic' as requested.
