If running in a workspace with packages, the source file should be setup.sh to prioritize the local files. As currently written, the source file is chosen to be from the software source, so I added this line only if no workspace is specified.

I also made a slight change to the reco-worker script based on an issue I was encountering with the source file, but I may be misunderstanding the purpose of that line.
