Generated by the hooks release workflow after publishing hooks@0.3.18.

The server proxies only the versions it pins and republishes the hooks plugin only when the generator version changes, so until this merges and deploys, every installation keeps downloading the previously pinned binary.

Regenerated by server/cmd/pin-hooks-release from the release's own checksums.txt. The outgoing version stays in the retired set: bootstrap scripts already on user machines keep requesting it until their repo republishes.

Summary by cubic

Serve hooks@0.3.18 as the default hooks binary and update SHA256 pins. Keeps 0.3.13 in the retired set and bumps the hooks generator to 28 so bootstrap scripts re-render with the new checksums.

  • Migration
    • Repos must republish to start serving 0.3.18; existing bootstrap scripts keep installing their previously pinned binary until then.
    • No other steps required.

Written for commit 1678df0. Summary will update on new commits.
