Add Xquik search helper

Summary

• Adds a small XquikClient helper for API-backed tweet search.
• Converts Xquik search results into the existing Tweet class.
• Keeps the existing scraper flow unchanged.

Validation

• Python unittest for test_xquik.py passed.
• Python compile check for the new helper and test passed.
• Whitespace and public diff scans passed.
