- hydrate GPX metadata with a single database cursor - defer filesystem reconciliation and selected-track restoration - separate summary and full track analysis - make filtering and split processing lazy
- defer catalog readers until selected-track restoration and reconciliation finish - make full track analysis single-flight with gradient fallback rendering - prevent stale filter and pending-selection results from being published - handle rename, deletion, replacement, and backup restoration races - keep menu analysis and track splitting lazy - add analysis-mode and reconciliation path tests
