Replace it with `claude-haiku-4-5` to match the (already-updated) ai-budget README. The
examples/README.mdindex table cell forai-budgetwas truncated mid-word atclaude-3-5-haand referenced a retired model. Replaced withclaude-haiku-4-5to match the already-updatedai-budget/README.md.Scoped narrowly on purpose: the other model names flagged in WOR-1536 are OpenRouter slugs (
anthropic/claude-3-haiku) and Bedrock model IDs (anthropic.claude-3-5-sonnet-20240620-v1:0) that are provider-specific and may still be valid — the ai-budget README itself still uses the OpenRouter slug intentionally — so changing them to unverified names would risk introducing wrong models.
