Upgrade from Docusaurus 2.0.0-beta to 3.10.2 (React 18, MDX v3). Bump @docusaurus/*, react/react-dom (^18), @mdx-js/react (^3), clsx (^2), @svgr/webpack (^8), @cmfcmf/docusaurus-search-local (^2.0.1). Add markdown.format: 'md' (content is CommonMark; no MDX/.mdx). yarn install requires Node >= 20.18.1 (cheerio@1.2.0); bump CI from Node 14 to 20 so the site builds. Triggers a CI rebuild of this PR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
