Lowered the dependency of fastmcp to <3.0.0 and >=2.11.0. This removes the bugs with compatibility
Changed authentication correspondingly to use jwt instead of bearer.
There is a need for migration to fastmcp >=3.0.0, but it requires a lot of work, because a lot has been changed
