I'm an enterprise architect at Canada's Department of National Defence, focused on the secure and sovereign data and platform foundations that defence and government depend on. My background is in building: Kubernetes platforms, data pipelines, and the infrastructure underneath federal health and analytics systems. I've carried that engineering instinct into defence architecture. I'd rather design things I can still build myself.
The work sits at the seam between strategy and delivery: target operating models that survive contact with reality, reference architectures that teams will actually adopt, and platforms secure enough to carry data across the defence enterprise and with allied and government partners.
- Sovereign and secure cloud for defence. Multicloud platforms and landing zones that meet defence security requirements and keep sovereign data in Canada.
- Data as a product. Governed, interoperable data across the defence enterprise and with CAF, Five Eyes, NATO, and Government of Canada partners.
- Secure supply chains and vulnerability management. Provenance, attestation, and integrity across the pipeline from build to deploy.
- AI governance for regulated environments. Agent infrastructure, authorization, and the controls that let defence and government use AI responsibly.
