Hi, I’m Shiny!

I’m a backend developer and game developer. I learned Java in 2015 and C# in 2019.

I’m also a hobby white hat who researches public repositories for fun. I used to write zero-days for iOS 7 and iOS 8. Currently, I’m learning CSS and JS/TS, but I sometimes use Claude Code because I’m too lazy to deal with styling-related work. I also regularly submit exploits to the VRChat dev team, because there are plenty of them.

I mostly used to make Minecraft mods, and I was the co-owner of Luna Pixel Studios, a Minecraft modding studio that created mods and modpacks such as The Abyss, Better Minecraft, and more.

Now I’m a solo freelancer, spending most of my time on audio-related projects and engineering. I’m not looking for a job, by the way, since I already make a living through freelance work for companies and small clients.

Here’s a bio now. Are you all happy?

Projects I work on

MateEngine An interactive Unity 6 3D desktop mascot app written in C# and C++. MateEngine

VRCNext A multi-toolkit VRChat launcher that includes friend and group management and much more. The backend is written in C#. The frontend was mostly Claude doing its thing in CSS and JS. I’m currently refactoring most of it because it’s redundant as hell, which is also one of the reasons I’m learning TS/JS and CSS. VRCNext

Other private projects Mostly hidden, as they are client work or my own work to make a living.
