This commit improves the accessibility of the `TextSharePopover` component. It adds dynamic `aria-label` attributes to the icon-only "Copy", "Share to X", and "Copy link" buttons to provide clear context for screen readers. It also implements explicit keyboard focus styles (`focus-visible:ring-2 focus-visible:ring-frc-gold focus-visible:outline-none rounded`) to ensure consistent visual feedback during keyboard navigation.
