Raw JSON for these entries saved fetched pages under non-standard keys (fetched_docs, fetched_content, fetched). Extract URLs from those keys and from answer .md files; remove "raw data incomplete" placeholders. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
